Due to COVID and the intimate nature of our items, all sales are final and ineligible for any refunds or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your orders upon receipt. If there are any issues, faults, or discrepancies, such as missing, or incorrect items, please do not hesitate to contact us. Send us an image regarding your claim, along with your order number to CustomerService@intimatesbyMIS.com. Once we have evaluated the issue, we will contact you with a resolution for your order.
