How do I wash and care for the lingerie?

Will the colors fade?

Colors will not fade if hand washed with cold water or on a delicate/gentle wash cycle. Please wash before use with like colors and either hang or lay flat to air dry.

Are plus sizes available?

At this time, plus size is not available but will be in stock in the near future.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your orders upon receipt. If there are any issues, faults, or discrepancies, such as missing, or incorrect items, please do not hesitate to contact us. Send us an image regarding your claim, along with your order number to CustomerService@intimatesbyMIS.com or fill out the “Contact Us” form. Once we have evaluated the issue, we will contact you with a resolution for your order.

If I wear a different size for top and bottom, how do I order?

We advise that you order a lingerie set that has an adjustable bottom, but order according to your bra size.

What type of payments are accepted?

Intimates by MIS accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, paypal, Facebook Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

Do you collect sales tax?

Where required by law, we collect sales tax and pay it to the state or province to which we’ve shipped your merchandise.

Will I receive a tracking number?

A tracking number will be sent after the order processing is complete. Please make sure to check your junk folder in case our email was filtered there.
